The Anthropo-Scene project is just beginning, but we already have a powerful vision for what’s ahead.
Below, a preview of the results we’re working towards.
A creative, hands-on Anthropo-Scene Toolkit will be co-designed with expert partners. It will equip educators with teaching materials that blend mindfulness, social theatre, and eco-artivism—offering practical ways to bring emotional awareness and climate education into the classroom.
Teachers will take part in a series of dynamic training sessions designed to strengthen their understanding of climate change education while introducing innovative tools drawn from mindfulness, psychology, and the arts.
These trainings aim to support educators in managing eco-anxiety in the classroom and in nurturing critical, creative, and resilient learning environments.
In five schools across Europe, students will be guided through theatre laboratories in their classrooms where they’ll explore climate-related themes and co-create original performances.
These labs are a space for expression, imagination, and empowerment, where art meets activism.
The project will culminate in local and international events, where student performances and eco-artivism actions will be shared with wider audiences.
A highlight will be the Anthropo-Scene Festival in Florence, celebrating youth voices, creativity, and cross-cultural collaboration.
